Hi,My net is very unstable from almost past one month.. but the strange thing is that i dont loose ADSL sync.. neither my session breaks.. when i check my session history it shows continues sessions of 6 hrs... I dont know why my net stops working in between even when i dont loose sync or session.. this is very frequent, almost once every minute.. due to this i cant even open a single website.. my chat gets disabled due to this.. i called customer care many times, but no use.. i asked them to change my router but same problem with new router also..I have D-Link DSL 502-tSNR margin are good 32 18sync rate 571 521i am on 599 unlmtd plan..I tried everything.. bridge mode, pppoe, g.dmt, adsl2+.. changing DNS servers, IP addresses... almost everything... but no use..please somebody help me! what can i do??

any replies?? is anyone else facing similar problem??

is your telephone line clear ? coz i was also facing freq disconnect from last 2 daysi asked SDE and CC,today they call me after fixing my line and now my net is again rock solid

yes my telephone line is absolutely clear... i have good SNR margins also... the ADSL link is also very stable.. everything seems to be perfect! but still net doesnt work properly! i tried changing the DNS to open DNS and google DNS but still having same problems..

Does it restart automatically after it stops? Or u have to do something to start it again? Since u said sessions are 6hrs that means u r not disconnecting, so what do u do to make it start again?

i dont do anything.. i keep on pressing refresh button and suddenly the page opens...

next time, ping google.com when page dont open. atleast u will know if net is working or not while u keep refreshing the page.also try different browser.also check if there is any UPLOAD activity which jams ur connection.also try with some Linux live CDs and check if net stops in linux or not.

then may be some problem at your end ?
did you check firewall etc ?
post your SNR
mine is below
Code:
SNR Margin 17.5db 9.5db dB Line Attenuation 37.0db 23.0db dB Loss of Signal 0 0 CRC Errors 0 0 Data Rate 1149 Kbps 1021 Kbps kbps Latency Fast Fast

i tried ping.. the request timed out... i tried different browsers and computers.. when i continuously ping to a server i found that after evry 2-3 replies one two request timed out.. this keeps on happening ... and in some cases the return time is as high as 531ms....

looks like cable or LAN card or router port problem.

is ur system detecting connection as 10mbps or 100mbps?

is auto-negotiation on or off?
