What all is broken at your place that cannot be fixed because of Corona Lockdown?

Five hundred for a sim? I thought they used to give it for much lesser , as in, under 100 bucks? Or are you associating other costs involved?
 
Home service, I think its ok then. Though 500 is still a bit steep - but given the circumstances, cant help much, I suppose.
 
Yup. Some airtel guys are operating a temporary outlet at big bazaar outlet in a mall. He told me to come there. Made no sense. Home visit meant he had to deal with cops on the way and come out of his usual route so didn't argue much.

Going to mall and then stand in another line at the airtel counter.
 
Mine worked very well . . . had to change the batteries of the first one after 5 years.
5 Years after that got a second newer version instead of changing the batteries.
