What are good SNR Ratio and Attenuation values on Reliance Wired Broadband

Yeah I never managed to get anything >30 kBps since I installed the COMBO plan. Once I called Reliance Technician too,but he said that Reliance does not guarantee upload speeds :\Is it some line-problem or something ? I got my lines changed a month ago too

No buddy...they have to reset from their end(nearby office). Most of the reliance users has got 861 kbps upload rate.
 
Let's wait for the new plan to be activated.If i won't get the dedicated upload speed I'll call them up and get it fixed.By the way,does the reliance CC understand terms like SNR and data rate ?
