What are good SNR Ratio and Attenuation values on Reliance Wired Broadband

Even I'm using same modem + Netgear WGR614. I'm able to open NETGEAR's admin login page but I'm unable to open Billion's admin login page. I tried static IP + 192.168.1.1/192.168.1.154. It just won't open!

You cannot go via the Netgear router connect the ADSL modem directly to your PC and setup a static IP as raj showed in the screen shot it should work.
