What do you think is the future of Vi India?

No. Generally KL, KN, AP, TN. Idea has extensively invested in rural areas in Southern India I feel. They were the top sought connections here since years and currently among Vi’s top revenue circles. It’s a shame they failed to anticipate Jio.

I live in a rural area and mostly work in similar other rural areas in neighbouring states. Vi is the only consistent performer for me. Jio is better when it comes to coverage of course, but sometimes speeds are unbearable. Often it feels like Jio's towers just are set up to somehow latch on but then, that's it. Nothing more gets done, except voice calling.
I'm not talking about being a performer, I'm talking about it sometimes switching to 3G or nowadays 2G in rural regions.

Yes. S20 FE 5G has 4*4MIMO on band 41 and it even has 4CA(1+3+8+40)(This combination is supported on Oppo Reno 6 5G). Personally tested in Pune in few sites. This phone has 41+41 asw well which gives speeds above 100Mbps. Speeds consistently above 80Mbps on 1+3+8+40.1+3+41 is supported too on A52 and A52s. Not sure exactly which one. They look exactly similar. Sorry for delayed response. These people banned me for some unknown reason. Airtel in Maharashtra/Gujarat/Mumbai is non-existent. Just like Jio, only VoLTE works great.
Is this statement true? I'm planning to buy OnePlus Nord CE based on this, after being fed up with network issues on iPhone SE 2017. Now I'm uncertain given that OP seems to be banned...

PS: I'll be ditching Vi for Airtel soon

OnePlus Nord CE consistenly show 3CA on Vi and Jio in Mumbai. What are you talking about. That's the best CA phone available under 25K. Next three four devices are Moto G40 Fusion, Mi11X, Realme GT Master edition and Realme X7 Max. Recently launched Moto Edge 20 Fusion. This 2CA/3CA on all these phones with some bands on 4*4MIMO.
Oneplus Nord CE is terrible, Vi just has terrible support for most smartphones, it's not really a hardware limitation on a smartphone. Your better bet would be to go for Airtel or even Jio for the matter, Jio seems to have CA support for almost a lot of smartphones even those back in 2017.

Nord CE is a terrible smartphone. I had ordered one 1 or two weeks after the release and returned the next day. Modem is good. Generally OP devices have 4x4 and multiple CA combos support. If you're just getting a smartphone as an internet device, it would be better to invest in Mikrotik STX/LHG LTE6 devices.

Moto G40 Fusion/Moto Edge 20 Fusion in Mumbai gives speeds like 150Mbps on 1+3+8(10Mhz each band). 3+41 gives 50Mbps on an average. 1+3 25Mbps.1+8/3+8 similar speeds.

Cost cutting in terms of CA. I mean not paying royalty fees to Qualcomm. I used Realme X2 Pro and Realme X50 Pro for considerable amount of time to see 3+41(10+20Mhz)(At that time 1+3 was not working as Vi was not integrated in Mumbai as Idea was having 4G by Ericsson on band 1 5Mhz). 3+41 gave 40-50Mbps throughout the day. Now same combination gives a little bit better speeds on same device. If you root these three or four devices from your series and lock the band 41,then you will get far better speeds. I personally observed with Redmi Note 10 Pro and Poco M2 Pro(Same in Pune as well). Mi11X as well(with root it supports 41A+41A and gives far better speeds than non root). Realme X2 Pro/Realme X50 Pro/Realme X7 Max/Realme GT/Realme GT master edition supports 1+3/3+41/1+8/3+8/1+41 on Vi.
