what does order status: open mean?

Maybe your plan is changed and u are in 500 plan. Cant say for sure but i'll tell u my situation. I had initially applied for a new broadband connection for Home 500 plan. But when i checked the portal after getting the connection, it was showing i was in 250 plan. I immediately called up the JTO and told him this just today afternoon. When i checked the portal again in the evening it was showing i'm in Home 500 plan and Status as 'OPEN' and its showing the data that i downloaded at night as free usage. So i assume i'm in Home 500 plan.Have u downloaded anything at night ? and is it showing night usage seperately ? if it is showing separately then i think its safe to assume the plan has been changed. It was not showing free usage for me initially before i informed about it today..
