I was a lamenting BSNL user until this November when I switched back to Airtel on the 4mbps 30GB plan. (I had been an Airtel user many years ago). I was really enjoying the low pings for gaming and the 256kbps post FUP speed if not annoying, was adjustable. But then today, I am getting massive ping spikes for European servers for almost all games. Singapore servers still have low pings. Is this because my post FUP speed has come into effect and they are manipulating my latency as well?
As you can see in the above screenshot, the latency spike seems to occur at some node based in Delhi. Technical issues?
