What happens when an Excitel ethernet broadband customer upgrades to fiber on a long term prepaid subscription?

Would he get pro-rated subscription of fiber plan?
Or
Would he be stuck on ethernet plan specs for the duration of subscribed plan?
Or
Would he get upgraded to similarly priced Fiber plan for the remaining period of the subscribed plan?

According to customer care its the 3rd option. You will be upgraded to the similarly priced fiber plan. So
50 Mbps -> 100 Mbps
75 Mbps -> 200 Mbps
100 Mbps -> 300 Mbps
 
Not sure but I guess they will round it down to 100mbps (50mbps equivalent) considering a similar price.
Still confirm with customer care once.
 
Asked customer care about this, they told you will get upgraded to 120 mbps. Don't know if it's true or not as there is no 120 mbps plan. 🤔
 
There is 2399 3+1 plan for fiber user. Where one gets 125 instead of 100mbps like normal user gets 60 instead of 50 mbps.
I am not making this up from my own. @apurvgupta1
