What happens when an Excitel ethernet broadband customer upgrades to fiber on a long term prepaid subscription?

Not sure, the excitel fiber page on myexcitel app is showing pay and apply option since February end. But as per LCO the fiber will come till March end or beyond that. Not confirmed exactly when it is coming, neither customer care nor local guys know.

I have 100mbps 2k 4 month plan(feb recharge) and another 2k 4month plan in queue.
Can this be converted to 6+9 month 300mbps recharge with feb activation date. I can pay the 1k diff. Is it possible?
 
I got fiber installed yesterday, i am on 50Mbps Reeltime plan.
My lco said speed will be upgraded to 100Mbps withing 24hrs but still it is at 50mbps after 24hrs.
Anyone know how long it will take?
 
keep an eye on the my excitel page. if it shows the new plan and you are still not getting upgraded speeds, restart the onu. that's what i did.
