For more than 2 years I've been in within home 500 and home 500c plans.. I thought to change the plan to Home 750+ Unlimited..First of all there we have to make a deposit of 750 for the plan change right?Lets say if i am changing my plan back to 500 in a couple of months, will i get the deposit back immediately? or is there any minimum hire period or anything similar like that?

^you get the deposits back when you surrender your connection for the landline. That is when you disconnect your phone connection.Thats what I was told when I wanted my deposit for UL900 when I shifted to H500C. :frown:

If am not wrong then earlier plan deposit will get adjusted with the current plan. If you change to a higher plan from lower plan then you will just have to play the difference only as deposit, same will be the case if you revert back to a lower plan from higher plan the difference will be adjusted in your next bill.
