my bsnl landline is dead from last 7 days due to cable cut problem also broadband not working... i registered a complaint for this...i heard that if service is not working more than 7 day or after complaint booking no resolution within 7 day... i can deny to paid the monthly bsnl charge ? if yes then what is the process ?here BSNL quality of service benchmarks...http://www.bsnl.co.in/opencms/bsnl/BSNL/about_us/consumer_griev.html
