What if BSNL LandLine Or BroadBand is Dead More Than 7 Days ?

If more than 15 days, you can apply for rebate to the AO(TR).

you can ask for rental rebate even when no solution after 3 days of complain registration as per TRAI regulations...

Rebate for fault pending between >3 to ≤ 7 days = Rent rebate for 7 days
Rebate for fault pending between >7 to ≤ 15 days = Rent rebate for 15 days
Rebate for faults pending for more than 15 days = Rent rebate for 1 month
1st step is submit a application to your telephone exchange addressing SDO / Divisional Engineer of exchange mention the duration & complain docket number also...
if no solution from there, you can raise this matter to higher officials... you can also raise a matter online if no support from local BSNL officials...
