What is the DHCP server address?

Yes, it is similar to ARP, but DHCP broadcast only work in a specific subnet. Hence, to allow a DHCP to act as a server for a different subnet, relay configs are added or 'helper-address' in Cisco terms.
Hence, when I broadcast-request as client on my LAN network, since my local subnet does not know the DHCP server's IP address it cannot relay my request, similarly I also did not find a way to broadcast this request on to the WAN/fiber interface of the Jio-router.
While a DHCP server does not need to be a routable address, the relay still needs to be able to access the IP.
