I am interested in Airtel DTH I know Airtel is pathetic but I have less options , but the issue is after listening to my pre-sales queries the cold call coming from CC get disconnected i.e. the agent disconnects the call as he does not know what to answer.

Mail from CEO bounced and I got AI response from nodal officer. Others have not responded despite multiple follow-ups.
The response from Nodal officer was
Does any one know if there's any escalation mail for Digital TV.
