What is the password for www.excitel.com SSID in Excitel Broadband ppc router?

i have got a 200 mbps connection in Bengaluru and I am provided with ppc router. as i have seen in one of the threads www.excitel.com is locked ssid. i browsed some of the site and got the password but that doesn't work. i tried the method of backing up the config file and modifying it and updating it but the ppc router unfortunately save a binary backup file. so that option is also ruled out. i have raised a ticket in support to remove it. they simply closed the ticket without removing it. i have raised the ticket again. but i am skeptical they will remove it.
any help is appreciated.

Just navigate through the WebUI of the router, there is an option to disable additional SSIDs if you look closely. What is the model no of the provided ONU?

Good luck trying it. I have the same and you can't remove excitel.com SSID by self.

raised a ticket again and after 3 days of opening got the call that its not possible to remove the ssid. so closed the ticket without resolving it

Try contacting the support via chat in myexcitel app.

It might be possible to decrypt the binary config files. See the thread on Nokia G-2425G-A for some Alcatel-Lucent devices. If that ppc GPON is some rebranded device from Huawei, this repo has a decryption key which might work, though it appears the newer firmwares have changed something to block such decryption.

You can turn off the ssid by going WLAN<2.4G BASIC<SSID 2<TURN OFF SSID
the name of the wifi i.e. www.excitel.com will be written

Your router's serial number is the password of www.excitel.com in ppc router. Also you can see it through the inspect element in the ssid setup section.
