What is the process of shifting Airtel fiber connection?

I cannot get past their IVR. Can I carry the ONT/Router to my new place or they will collect it back?

Yeah, just use Airtel app to put shit connection request in. It's easy that way. You'll have to carry the ONT to you new place

I want to talk to them before shifting. Their app directly registers request which I don't want

well they are still going to call you so you can discuss the situation with them then.

i personally send them a message over twitter and email and wait for them to call back.
