what is the router admin password of excitel fiber router?

hi i want to access my excitel ont device configuration page but i cant access that the cridential provided on the back of device does not have admin privilege so i cant change any thing

So does excitel have remote access to the device? For like settings and updates and stuff?
I think jio does it, you can change wifi name from my jio app. Not sure, please correct if wrong.

got the password from customer care
well you can edit things if you login as a excitel admin
the cridential on the back of device does not give you admin privilege
