What will happen if I change the gateway IP of R/Jio/WiFi Fiber router ?

It is set to 192.168.29.1

I want to change it to 192.168.1.1

The reason is .... The NVR is connected to Jio router, and it's IP is 192.168.1.99 and with the 192.168.29.1 the connection to the internet is NOT MADE !

So, I want to change it.

What can possibly go wrong ??

Should I do it or not ?
 
Instead of changing the IP on the router, can you not change the IP address for the NVR ?
 
You should not face any issues just like with any other routers or ONT,
But I have not tried it out as Jio's router seems to go places and I have kept it connected to my PFsense like a dummy piece.
 
@Shashi Kiran Nothing will go wrong. You can change it to whatever you like. Even I have changed it.
But if possible, changing the IP for the NVR is a better option like @WandereR suggested.
If that is not possible then you can set the Jio router IP to 192.168.1.1.
