Mine is BSNL FTTH in Pune with the 100 mbps 1277 plan:



Usually my ping is in single digits, must be some routing issue today.
 
Airtel broadband Kolkata 999 plan with 100Mbps speed.

You Broadband @ Pune
Plan - 200 Mbps, Rs 1800/month including tax
Data - 2100 GB data/quarter, unused data is carried forward/rolled over to the next quarter on timely renewals
Excellent value for money IMO for heavy torrenting and streaming. No ISP beats these guys for a combination of data allowance + speed

Backup connectivity and load balancing - Airtel VDSL 40 Mbps unlimited, Tata Sky Broadband 25 Mbps unlimited
