It seems I have a disastrous combo of Jio Fiber (999 plan) + Moto G60.
Issue is on my moto60, whatsapp video calls does not ring if the screen is off. It only rings and works if I am already using the phone i.e. screen is awake.
I have even removed the lock and did everything mentioned on internet (like cleaing cache, decativate DNB mode etc), but nothing seems to work.
Interestingly, when I turn off wifi on my motog60 phone and instead use mobile data, whatsapp video calls rings even when screen is off.
If anyone else facing similar issue..?? Any solutions ??
