When does BSNL reset FUP on their broadband plan?

i just received a bill from bsnl stating the period from 1-31 of this month. does this means my data will reset tonight(31st).
Someone told me it resets one day earlier, ie at midnight(30th) in my case.

It resets at the end of each calendar month. So yes 31st midnight this month.
