When Tata Docomo, AirTel and Idea also provides 2 GB onwards data for only 100, why not Vodafone?

According to this page (for Karnataka prepaid users), the 95 pack gives 4 GB free/month (this was upgraded from 2GB during Diwali) and a (relatively new) 127 pack give 6 GB free/month.
And as mentioned above, data usage of both Vodafone Live and Mobile Connect is covered under these packs.

I use the vodafone live apn, the one with proxy and portalnmms name
Still everything works on my Galaxy s as opposed to what people say web browsing and WAP

The charges of Vodafone make u say VODAFUK?
Charges for a month:

Prepaid pack Monthly rental: Rs 199 Usage charges @ 5p / 10KB
200 BUCKS AND 5p / 10KB???

Crazy people....

Initially we had to use the mobile connect (very costly) to connect to the internet on your pc. also on your mobile the vodafone live has limited connectivity. (only few apps would work, not all). But from last few month they have allowed full access on there vodafone live and also allowed pc connectivity. They are atleast offering 2 GB for Rs.95 in most of the circles. While using it in pc use the access point as www

Still there is, maybe a 'trick' but there isn't a legal, proper data plan...That is what really perplexes me....why?? I mean when there are other providers dishing out these services, Why not Vodafone??And as for unison of the two packs, AFA i read in the last post, some1 had posted that the trick didn't work and the poor guy was charged 100 bucks for the surfing...
