When will Kannada channels be added ZEE Kannada, Suvarna, Kasturi

How long will it take for this Rs. 2496 amount to get credited in my TS account.........Just contacted the bank they told that the money is been debited from my account and they have asked me to check to TS people and also she added that normally the vendor gets the payment done immedietly if its a failed transaction i will get the money back in 3 working days........

OMG.............i was having the discussion every thing was made it clear to me but the problem came for me while i was recharging Rs. 2496 via credit card over the phone.........the transaction is been declined then i went thru HDFC netbanking holding the TS CC on the call then to pay Rs. 2496 for mega pack every thing was done properly then i just need to click on the confirm button......when i pressed it then it came the shocker stating me that internet explorer message that it cant find the page and then another shocker......the amount in my savings bank is deducted......then TS CC was and my self were checking the amount for 2496 credit in my TS account but it was stating it.....then the CC told me that she will get in touch after clarification from ther department.......:S.

Dont worry about this, because 3 months back, i recharged with my debit card, at that time, my net was down and money debited from my account but not credited to TS account. Then i send a mail to TS CC stats that, my transaction was failed and also i send the transaction details. After 2 days i got a call from TS CC stats that my amount was credited to my TS account. :dance::dance::dance::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

Another experience with LIC money transfer,
and anther one with taking money from ATM, i was not get the money, but in my account my the money was debited, then some Call to the bank, i got the money after 1 week.

The concern for me is not regarding the money deducted from my account ............i am 100% sure that the money will either go to TS account if it is failed then i will get the money in my accoun tin 3 days time...........the problem for me now is that i am now delayed to procure the TS+ STB because of this..........:frown:

both tuners/lnbs to be precise, though the second stb in multiroom is not getting 100% instead only about 85%

By nature i am a person who does not like to wait or dont have patience rather i make things happen rather than waiting if it is possible........

What i did not is that i spoke to the backend people who are based in Bangalore.......and those people know me very well........:cool2:.........i told them that i wanted to procure the TS+ today itself and said the problem what happend earlier .............then i said to her that i dont mind recharging again for Rs. 2496 via credit card only and added that if the amount for earlier transaction which i did it in the morning Rs. 2496 should be credited back to me if they get the amount in 2 days time....for which they accepted it......and then i again called the TS CC help and spoke to the same lady to whom i spoke in the morning....then this time thru my hdfc credit card i swiped Rs. 2496 for mega pack and then the transaction was successful.......then i swipted for Rs. 4999:thumb: to procure TS+ and the transaction was successful:dance:........i am now a proud owner of TS+:thumb:

All i need to do now is that if the morning transaction which i done in the morning is credited to my TS account i need to call the TS backend office based in bangalore and they will revert me the 2496 amount if that is not credited i think that amount will be credited to my savings bank account

thanks mate By the way i have got the trust in TS with respect to their quality............and that is also one of the reason which made to buy TS+...........
