When will MTNL Broadband Upgrade Speed ?

I too am facing the same problem . U need to call 24361221 they upgrade ur speed. But their service has been bad this month for me. This is not the 1st time I have faced this kind of problem , previously it used to take them just 1 min to upgrade and they used to give u a confirmation call to chk if ur speed is upgraded . Let me know ur status.

After calling their 1504 customer care. I logged a complaint with 198. within 12 hours people from nearest sub unit called me and while I was on phone with them the speed got upgraded.The best would be log a complaint at 198 as well.
