When will this problem Solved?

Hi guys Anyone know when will this internet problems be solved?I am getting very bad speed.I am very much affected becoz of this bad internet,Not only me ther may be many people.When will the internet speed come to Normal.

I am getting good speeds on both my connections. I am getting constantly above 60kbps... it must be fixed for sure!

I phoned to the CC Yesterday,they told that it will take 15 days to fix the problem that is From Jan 31 to Feb 15.They told within Feb 15 itself they will try to fix the problem
