Where can I find ftp server settings in Reliance Jio Fiber Gateway Access?

In youtube videos it shows under advanced settings but in my gateway there is no setting named ftp server

Just inspect the site and press CTRL+SHIFT+C and click on ADVANCED tab on the page (left hand side).
& then go to '<ul class="submenu">'
Then unwrap it.
select green text
right clich and select "Edit as HTML" and remove the '<!--' (beginning) & '-->' (end)
Now click on left side of textbox.
Now click ADVANCED and FTP server option is there

I tried the inspect element and did what you said, but the ftp option is not appearing for me.

I am able to access both the above things (FTP and ALG) on my router in a normal way (without inspecting site and all). That might be because I have the white ONT and it still hasn't received the latest update.

You have not updated jiofibre.
That is only reason why you can access those features & others don't.

@Nitin Under Security, ALG feature is also hidden.

ALG = Application Level Gateway

How were you able to access?. When i click on it, i get "401 unauthorised" error.

401 unauthorized page / error is a bug of jiofibre

You either have to reset jiofibre
or talk to jiofibre support team

Earlier, I used to get this error often. Then I talked to support team of jiofibre. They rectified the problem by themselves.
I didn't have to do anything.

Contact : 1800 889 9999 for jiofibre support and rectify this annoying problem.

After they rectified this error, No error should be there.

This ftp and ALG trick worked for me flawlessly.

Just call them over phone, they will arrange service engineer by themselves

Type 21319 and then you can talk to jiofibre person
Note : wait for them to tell your data validity and type number when they tell you to do.
