Where can I find ftp server settings in Reliance Jio Fiber Gateway Access?

In youtube videos it shows under advanced settings but in my gateway there is no setting named ftp server

Tell the person from support team about 401 unauthorized error and they will arrange a service engineer for you at your house

401 unauthorized error is an internal error

Earlier, I used to get this error whenever I open any tab or settings on jiofibre page.

Just tell them I get this error sometimes whenever I open settings in jiofibre page. They will first try to fix this issue from their side first.

& in my case, when they fixed the issue from their side(they will send you a link on your registered mobile number, just open that link & check the issue after 2 days), I opened settings after 2 days and everything works fine.

I asked them .they are telling that you are not allowed to do any thing with the router admin panel.for security purpose

Can you change other settings like wifi name, password from that jiofibre portal?

If not, then you can complaint against it.
