I am checking broadband plans of different networks after a long time. It seems a lot has changed in terms of plans etc. in most networks. The reliance plans were also good earlier but seem to be quite unbelievable now. The customer service is bad I suppose but the plans probably compensate for that. The Thunder 1099 plan with 4 mbps pure unlimited with no FUP seems too good to be true. I tried to check the network availability but I cannot check the states where they are available.
Does anybody know which states they are available in? I am in Guwahati, Assam. Are reliance in Assam nowadays. Previously there used to be no other major ISP here except BSNL. But has anything changed now.
