where is the winner list for One Million Minute Contest

I have subscribe to Tata Sky in month of September 2007, There was a contest for One Million Minute free for which i had send a SMS and got a reply from tatasky that the winner would be announced by October 15 2007. It 2nd of November and still no Winner list is announced. Can anybody please check out whether tatasky is just playing game.
