Where to escalate if [email protected] doesn't responds?

Hi Folks,I am having a terrible time with the Airtel Broadband support.When I am requesting Airtel (via email) to cancel out my paper bills and enable paper bills, they are sending me duplicate paper bills.I have been (thru multiple reminders) requesting them to help me registering my account (as I am getting an error - This Airtel Number is notregistered.) on airtel.in, they simply aren't replying.Pathetic customer support till date, I would say.So, any escalation hierarchy that you folks know of!!I stay in Faridabad (if that matters).Thanks in advance.
 
I am facing the exact same problem. My mobile number is not yet registered with their database. Hence, I cannot make bill payments (it seems that the portal supposedly will sent me a sms in order to complete the transaction)! And every time I try to explain this problem, they act as perfect dumbos. The last time, the guy even told me to send screen shots of the error I am facing. I did the necessary, yet even now, I cannot make the bill payments!
