Hi Folks,I am having a terrible time with the Airtel Broadband support.When I am requesting Airtel (via email) to cancel out my paper bills and enable paper bills, they are sending me duplicate paper bills.I have been (thru multiple reminders) requesting them to help me registering my account (as I am getting an error - This Airtel Number is notregistered.) on airtel.in, they simply aren't replying.Pathetic customer support till date, I would say.So, any escalation hierarchy that you folks know of!!I stay in Faridabad (if that matters).Thanks in advance.
