Panasonic 1.5 ton ac I have no experience which this ac but heard it makes too much noise can any one help me which one to buy. Also suggest any other good under 40k 1.5 ton ac.

I am pretty happy with LG 5 Star model. Quite quiet. Cooling on LG is basically linear. It is designed to be used over a longer period of time. But you can run it on peak load mode and it should cool very quickly. Basically on this model... You just set the temp and go to the AI mode. And AC does the rest.

i mean i am not into technical stuff. inverter acs are basically designed to be used over a longer period of time. there is no point getting them if you are looking for fast cooling and then only use them sporadically. unless you are going to use it in a very large room or a room exposed to too much sunlight, it should still work fine. i have no idea about Panasonic personally. i went with LG because their 5* model was supposedly very efficient and their app support was always going to be better than Daikin or panasonic. daikin from what i remember was charging for app support. tbh, i actually wanted to buy samsung wind-free ac but the samsung dealer was not being very cooperative on phone so i did not bother visiting his outlet which was very far away from my place. lg guy provided all information on phone and i ordered from home.

basically, what i am saying is that lg 1.5 is not an unpowered ac from any angle. i have the 5 star variants of both split and window at my place. split is in basement so well pretty much wasted so maybe i am not the right person to comment on its capabilities. but their windows model is also very good. i can say that during the peak of summer, even the basement gets uncomfortably warm and lg has been fantastic. i do not run it for very long. pretty much using it as a regular ac. i set the temp, put it on ai mode. and in around 30 minutes, i have to turn it off.
