Hey guys, is there any difference between ADSL modes like ADSL 2 plus, ADSL 2, G.DMt etc.? I have G.DMt currently and had auto sync up before that. Are there any advantages of using one ADSL mode from another? I'm using RS.599 unlimited plan from MTNL.
whatever mode makes ur line stable is better. ADSL2+ is supposed to be fastest but then few have had unstable line.(includes me - with GDmt its very stable).For 2mbps line, speed doesnt vary much in any mode. Both support 2mbps
My adsl modem is already set to gdmt. Should I experiment by changing this? What else needs to be changed if we change the adsl mode?I am on 599 unlimited.
