which ANDROID phone is best to buy in Mumbai ?

I want to buy ANDROID phone in Mumbai...
Which are the best phone options - under 10k and under 15k? LG or samsung or htc or videocon ????


Also can Nokia phones be loaded with ANDROID OS???????????????

LG Optimus One is good in 11k range, Galaxy 551 (With qwerty slide keyboard) also in 11k range. If you want a hard stop at 10k - I would say Galaxy Pop around 9k or Huawei Ideos also at range If you want to push things further Galaxy SL around 20k range will be good.As far as I know Nokia cannot be loaded with Android....
