Which brand makes good Refrigerator?

Just wanted to know which brand makes good refrigerators?.[frost free,highest capacity].

In India good products don't sell much but with good A$$ a manufacturer can make a fortune.My rating in order. LG, Whirlpool, Samsung etc.,

In refrigerators, I have seen Indian brands outlive the foreign ones. Godrej is almost de facto.

Been using 2 Samsung refrigerators, purchased 1 Frrrunch series(RT 32/320 ltr) last year and other is RT 28/280 ltr purchased in 2008. both are working great. no problems so far and cooling is good.HTH

Whirlpool was playing well in my area. From last 2-3 years their service not good. Samsung also not popular. Let me see which refrigerator is used by other members.

Samsung is good & so is their service in Mumbai. Experience in service quality of Samsung is limited to washing machine, tv's, fridges basically white goods.About Whirlpool I had written about their cheating ways in my blog long ago.

IMO (From most preferred to least)Toshiba, Panasonic, Hitachi, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG.When I was looking for a refrigerator about 2years ago I found the build quality of last three (Whirlpool, Samsung, LG) was extremely bad when compared to build quality of the first 3 (Toshiba, Panasonic, Hitachi)But Toshiba was very costly and Hitachi had a very large freezer compartment( which again IMO is not useful for typical Indian households) and thus found Panasonic VFM and bought it.No issues till date.

Dnt buy godrej..i hav 1 nd its gas has been refilled almost 10 times in past 3 years...i would recommend u LG..my frnd has 1 nd its working fine till now.
