which broadband gives the best deal n speed

hi tech friends,
i have been using lan since 3 yrs (2mbps) but transfer rate was 170/kbs. now want to switch to any other broadband , as my provider has increased his rate to 2000 per month..which is too expensive for me as i was in a night plan 8pm to 8am..


so which broadband and what are their tariff and speed in mumbai .

my main need is good speed as i download movies ,songs etc..

here my choices are i get reliance, vodafone,tata photon or bsnl
