I had to post this in airtel section because i also want to findout stuffs about airtel
I have being using Airtel Broadband connection since i got to india and i have been happy.
But now i had to relocate from South delhi to Rohini.
I called 121 to trell them and request for a shift, they got the new address, but days passes and i didnt hear anything, i then called again to give a warning that if the shifting was not possible they should terminate my account, as i will NOT paid any bill next month.
The guy then said their is no airtel feasibility in that location (not sure if he even understands what i was saying as i always have this language barrier).
I currently have no outstanding bill except the one for june which is yet to be available.
my questions are:
1. its 26th already and i am still using the connection (i believe 25th is the end of the month's cycle) if they disconnect my account will i be charged to pay for the few days i will have used or its a grace period?
2. this is the major question, which is the best broadband connection around Rohini west section 4?
