I went to a local store, and they said the Flame 2 will cost 5300. Does not look like I can buy Flame 2 online.

I have recently purchased flame 6, there is some problems whenever I have tried to connect to its wifi hotspot its disconnect every time help me can i use Jio sim on other phone

Yes, just got one for 3500. The camera sucks, but the touch response is not half bad. Viewing angles though. But what do I care.

I was thinking the same.. Get a secondary backup phone to use as a Hotspot - I read online somehere the cheapest VoLTE phone was priced at 3000.
Which one are they referring to? I guess thats the Flame 2.
I'll have to look up the Wind 4 as well. Would love a proper comparative :)
I bought a Wind 4 yesterday which is good for hotspot as there is 4000 mah battery. The looks of the handset is also decent though it is a bit expensive for its specifications. As of now, the handset is not hanging and I have hardly used it (except for hotspot). It is totally worth it if you get the 3 months unlimited offer.

Went with Wind 4 too. Yesterday. Looks okay. Build quality is less than any non-lyf phone on this price range. Anyway, I am going to use it only for hotspot. I hope you too. So, since this is not my primary phone, no complaints.

Flame 2 is seriously good..if you are looking for hotspot only..

I bought Wind 4 because it has HD screen, beast battery, meagre processor.
Because of its humble specifications (but usable) its battery last very long.
If you travel much then this is a phone for you.
This phone won't win any accolades or envious glances but will do your work, will go through with you whole day with both SIM connected, data on and heavy usage.
I will be keeping this phone as my primary till I am getting unlimited benefits then I will put the SIM into Redmi Note 3 :)

so which model is recommended to buy? one that can charge while being used as a hotspot and also allow you to stick to the band providing the faster speeds?

Finally decided to get Jio sushubh ??[emoji14]
I would suggest Flame 2 if it's for a hotspot purpose,it stays around 4-5 hours continuously without a charge and you can force bands for good speeds

I already have a good phone, and I want to buy a Lyf handset purely for hotspot usage, since Reliance 4G is insanely expensive. Which is the cheapest model I should go for? Do not care about camera or anything like that, only price.

Flame 2 is 3000, nothing cheaper than that

do remember that some of these models are known to discharge even when on charging if you are using them as hotspots.

I bought the flame 6 for 2999 from reliance digital in mid july. I usb-tethered it to my desktop and bridge it to the wifi router via ethernet.
The hotspot range was the only noticeable issue for me with this handset. No charging issues.
