Which one is accurate. Airtel Thanks App or Airtel.in?

So my airtel thanks app is showing I have 0 balance in broadband account + 0 days of validity. On the other hand, my airtel.in acount shows I have 10 days of validity left. I am still be able to use internet, but only till I do not restart my router, if once restarted, its gonna screw up. This happens every month.

As far as broadband is concerned airtel.in shows only monthly bill And it update only after every month. Airtel thanks app shows more accurate and updated balance and validity. Its update time varies from 10 min to 3-4 hrs.
In airtel website 10 days available showing mean that they give 10 days time to recharge otherwise 100 rs fine will be deduced from next recharge (according to airtel cc) but in my case only one time 100 rs dedicated in monthly recharge in 3 month If don’t recharge within 10 days.
And brother that thing internet continue working without recharge is happening to many users, and airtel is now started fixing this. I’m sure your problem will also get fixed in near future.
