did you take the single user or multi-user plan

single user

thats why

multi-user atleast wireline would have to be always on to be on WIFI router.

wats your plan,speed your getting,upload,etc?

Do they provide multi-user plans? am not aware of that. am using 300Kbps@ Rs.450. am not in combo plan.

they atleast do it in the wireless plans

and the dialup is the main reason many people can't use wifi router so if you want to connect wifi then you need multi user that automatically dials your details

I spoke to Reliance CC, They said they dont have the multi-user in wireline and they also dont provide the wi-fi router support in Reliance! Weird

^^^ Can't we just buy our own WiFi router and plug in? This confusing state is the only reason I am split up on whether to shift to Reliance BB or not!!:frown:

The CC said, they would not provide any help on the wi-fi.Am also in the same dilemma whether to shift to Airtel or not.

shit then i'm not going to own reliance then.i was thinking of getting 2mbps unlimited for my PC and PS3.

Customer Care have no idea about the technical details, just a bunch of fools sitting there

try to contact any reliance engineer of operators.

don't go to reliance, they have bad FUP and upload speeds.

if you want to use internet on other devices without multi-user and reliance can't help you,you can do it through making a home network then you could use internet on other devices through your main computer.

if you live in Mumbai, you could use TATA TTML wireline(not the wimax one),they have equal uploads.
