Who has the better Internet Fiber Backbone infrastructure Airtel Xstream Fiber or Jio Fiber?

Airtel, Tata & Jio are the big guys in the communications and ISP game. If I were to rank them I'd put Airtel and Tata at par with Jio fast catching up. This is based on my usage and history with ISPs going back to 1995 when dial up Internet first came to India via VSNL now Tata Communications. And no I do not have metrics to share but Airtel and Tata are probably top of the heap in terms of infra and spread as of now IMHO.

tata is king they not foucs much on residential n consumer , they main foucs is mncs,corporates ill n bandwidth selling.. airtel n jio are main mkt competitor in telco n jio has much much superb infra n backend than airtel

Tata is world's 4th largest backbone provider; this'd be AS6453 and AS4755 and their smaller ASes too even Jio and Airtel buy bandwidth from tata. The only downside is they are a lot more expensive compared to the likes of Cogent and Lumen.
ISPs like Tata Play and Tata Tele are part of a different subsidiary and are not operated by one entity.
