Why BSNL Fiber Falls Short Compared to Jio/Airtel in Terms of Ping and Speed

@Adithya BSNL have enough tier1 isp upstream and peering but their routing sucks

@luffysingh I think bsnl is the only ISP in india to give a public IPv4 to every users.Nowadays some of the users get ip under cgnat

@Sanemi It's not everywhere though, in BSNL Bangalore, you get a CGNAT IP address.

However now with IPv6 available from most ISPs, a public IPv4 address isn't that necessary.
