Fine then.
If the application needs ports, maybe you could program a little to use random ports, or try binding ports, forwarding ports. If IPV6 is available, I think this problem could've been solved. I guess.
OK, another question, are you able to have a successful call with another FTTH number in the same excahnge? I can call any number in the world and the call connects, but I can't call another FTTH number as they have messed up the routing - it has nothing to do with ALG etc- I am talking about when you connect an analogue telephone to the ONT, calls to another FTTH number rings but neither party hears anything
Oh I can do it. No problem.
I mostly think, the problem is in your router or your neighbour's
You can make a few settings. In another thread, a guy was facing problems related to SIP.

When I plug an analogue phone, it doesn't know anything about IP all your router settings are for traffic between your LAN and the 10.x.x.x of the BSNL VLAN. BSNL's internal routing itself is missing many rules depending on who configured it and how much they tested it.
Maybe they've configured ONT wrongly. Like I was testing multicast vlan in daily application and the VoIP service stopped registering.
It's that bad.
Or maybe the OLT fault. I don't know.
