There is hell a lot of diff between disease pattern in "WHITES" and NON-WHITES!!
If you take the country average then yes, but what if you look at it via socio-economic area
The harder areas are bound to have more incidences of this and if they happen to be black areas then what you see is what you get. Its not too different for Hispanics in comparison.

One of the beautiful example would be "If some unconscious BLACK comes to ER (emergency room) think of DRUG over dose FIRST and rest of the things later and same is not true in case of WHITE patient...this is really sickening.
