Hi,

I have Optical Fiber connection that is operational from last 3 years. I have always opted for normal plans and didn't faced any issues. Now there FTTH plan that expensive than normal plan. What are the difference? Both the type of plans will come through my fiber connection only but normal plan of 50Mbps is costing same price of 25Mbps FTTH plan. The broadband person saying both are almost same but there has to be some reasoning for providing half speed at same rate for FTTH.

Can any friend help me understand this? Should I go FTTH or normal one? Thanks

Connection from ISP is coming from Fiber optic only. It is attached with Nokia Modem and then Cat5 cable from modem to my wifi router. Normal plan and FTTH plan both will be provided through connection only.

This is strange , beware buddy might be a scam. This broadband person is he a LCO? Confirm with Onebb company helpline first.
