why railwire has password for portal & internet . is there any SPECIFIC purpose for this .

to authenticate with the isp. i mean how else would your isp know its you?

@kasthuri Your ISP needs to know who the user is, for the speeds and the FUP.

Thanks . Many ISP asks user ID & Password with "that" they get speeds & FUP. That is i why asked is there "any" other reason.
