Why Sify Cablewallas are asking Rs.100 per month?

Is it right to charge Rs. 100 per month for sify connection as a maintainance fee?

I am using the Sify Broadband as I have no option. And I am satisfied with the services of Sify. But this cable charges are annoying me.

U Guys are lucky that CTO are not charging. But one fine day they will recollect all past dues and threaten you for disconnection if u do not make payment. This has happned to me so be carefull.

CTOs are shameless looters. The CTO here too didn't use to charge mainetenance but when Sify reduced its prices for all the packages, he started charging full Rs. 200. And he didn't even bother to tell anyone, as if we would have a dream about it . Instead he blocked the net access of whoever didn't pay the amount they didn't know they had to pay in the 1st place. What a cheek!
