why tatasky is adding FTA channels

Hai everyone,
why Tata Sky is not ready to add FTA channels, is there any reason for not
adding FTA channels.How long we have to wait for FTA channels. I hope Kalaingar channel is also FTA. Why they have not added to tatasky. i think once again we need to bang cc of tatasky.
