wi-fi in Tamil nadu

Visiting Chennai and various parts of TN. Need high-to-medium speed wireless internet for my notebook. No downloads to be done but just have to access real-time financial data from wallstreet. Advise would be highly appreciated. I have spent lot of time researching but could not make any headway and feeling nervous. Thank you in advance. Varun
