i surrender mtnl wifi roter cum normal modem in 31 may now i want to upgrade my plan from 599 to 800 therefore i called 1500 but they say your wifi surrender work order is 'work in progress' its not 'complete' status so we can not take you request to upgradation. i want to know if that w/o is not compleeted then mtnl will charge me for 20 days becoz now its 21 jun. second thing how can i complete that w/o online becoz sunday isp closed. i have recept from mtnl of mtnl wifi roter + normal modem from store incharge.
