It happened to me two days ago on the new blue JCO4032 router. Devices were suddenly not connecting to 5Ghz but 2.4 was working fine.
I had to reenter the same WiFi password on Jio app to get things to connect. It has been fine since then. This was the first time I have seen such a thing.

Does it resolves automatically ? If yes then how many days ?
It doesn't resolve automatically. Just try to change the wifi password in MyJio app and in the new password field, just re-enter the old password. Do this for the specific SSID for which you're having a problem.

I'm facing the same issue and I've come to the conclusion that it's because of the channel the 2.4GHz networks are on. They're both using the same channel. They're basically interfering with each other. Here's proof:

Hi! I'd like some help regarding my Jio Wifi. For some reason, I'm unable to connect to the 2.4 GHz from the router from any device, but I seem to connect to the 2.4 GHz that is coming from my extender which is of course connected to the Jio modem, wirelessly. The 2.4GHz from the router does not connect to my laptop and also phone and if I move out from the room where the modem is, I get no connection whatsoever. I have talked to family members about it and they keep saying there must be something wrong with my device when I know it isn't. We had an engineer who did come in and instead just changed the cable and then went and after that it still didn't work. I don't know what to do and I am really in need of the wifi and the its range as I'm a student and most of my work is on my laptop and phone.

Would really appreciate it if someone could advise me on what to do?

Did you change the transmit power settings from 75% to 100% in wifi settings? ScreenShot

If u did then the chip is fried and you need to Replace the Router.

Till you find a permanent solution can try one temporary fix and see if it works. Just make your router stand against the vertical wall and shift all the antennas parallel to the ground and check signal. Try making a 90° angle with the antennas if the above doesn't work(if 4 antennas then 2 parallel to the floor and 2 perpendicular)

Yes, I faced the similar problem today. I tried everything from changing password to forgetting network. But, out of everything when I turned on/off my router, 2.4 ghz started working.so, u need to restart ur router that worked for me..
Hope this helps !!!
