Wifi Light off on Netlink Hg323rgw

Unable to connect to my Netlink modem. Power,PON,LOS lights are on.

I even tried to connect via LAN. It is showing unknown network. The reset button is also not working.

Any solutions?

If i disconnect the optical fiber cable, i am unable to access the modem via wifi and LAN.


What is the reason?. Any issue with signal strength?

In case your internet is working , follow below steps
1-Reach here "Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections"
2-Right click "ethernet"
3-click on properties
4-select IPV4
5-select properties
6-Now here you have to fil those entries manually.In case you dont know how to obtain the values to be entered, follow
below steps

a-open cmd prompt
b-type "ipconfig"
c-very first value is ipv4 address , copy it at IP address
second is subnet mast value , copy it at subnet mast
third is default gateway , copy it at default gate way.

For DNS use 8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4 (these are google DNS)

Hello, i bought Netlink (HG323RGW) modem few days back.. Wifi works good but LAN ports are not working. Even i can't configure my modem using LAN ports, wifi only works. I really don't know how to fix this problem. LAN1 light in modem works but My Pc shows Ethernet Unidentified Network. I tried all youtube tutorials but the solution is unknown.
